The man, the human musical instrument....the legend. I loved getting to know Mr Whittaker through his videos exploring communities and their traditions in Kenya and through his great music. I had hoped to see him in Kenya but the Lord chose otherwise. We will miss you Sir.

The first record i owned was the Greatest Hits LP when i was 8 years old back in the 70s, I loved your music then and i still do. Sorry to hear the news of Rogers passing, for me his music, and special voice , will live forever in my heart.

My sincere condolences. I remember Roger from school and afterwards the many nights at the Equator Club in Nairobi, where he entertained us with his music and lyrics. Fond memories.

Been listening to Roger for a number of years my grandfather and my dad also listened to Roger Whittaker the first song I ever heard him sing was the streets of London and since listening to that song I have loved his music. His voice was so unique.REST IN PEACE ROGER thank you for so many happy memories.
